License for Videos and Photographs
Please read this text carefully. The “video and photo license” explains the terms under which you can use the submission form. Before submitting any content, please read this license carefully and integrally: by filling out the submission form you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to abide by them. If you do not accept these terms, it is not possible to use the site to send contents.
By filling out the content submission form, you grant
to PSYCODE S.R.L.S. headquartered in Rocca di Papa (RM) 00040, Vicolo delle Grotte n.18, P. IVA 12770901002, psycode@pec.it and to its related and/or affiliated companies, also pursuant to art. 10 C.C. and to artt. 87, 96 and 97 of the law n. 633/1941 and in general pursuant to L.d.A., a free of charge non-exclusive perpetual License, which can be sub-licensed, exempt from any royalty.
1. Covered by the License
The non-exclusive License enables PSYCODE S.R.L.S and its related and/or affiliated companies to acquire, use, publish and release the pictures and videos produced, unrestrictedly, omnichannel (web, website, social network, brochure, offline and online), for the present and for the future, in Italy and abroad, with every and the widest faculty of adaptation, revision and/or editing that might be necessary and appropriate for every activity carried out by PSYCODE S.R.L.S.
Videos and photographic material will be used for commercial purposes. The right to use images, photographs, movie clips, recordings mentioned above, is to be intended free of charge, expressly waiving any monetary demand.
Particularly, PSYCODE S.R.L.S. acquires all the resulting and related rights concerning the produced photographic material and videos like, for example:
- the right of publishing;
- the right of reproduction, in any way and any form;
- the right of transcription, editing, customization, elaboration and reduction;
- the right of communication and distribution to the public, including the rights of showing, transmission and distribution, also in a short and/or summarized version, with any technical medium;
- the right to keep a copy of the materials, also in electronic form and in any technological device, with the widest economic use that is deserved by law.
To this end, I the undersigned declare to be of age and/or to be empowered to sign as needed.
2. Credits
PSYCODE S.R.L.S in its sole discretion, for every content that incorporates thecontents granted by the License, will provide credits (on-screen text credit) with alsoadditional credits and the different placements.
3. Duration
The duration of this License is perpetual except in the case of early termination referred to in art.5
4. Guarantees and disclaimer
I the undersigned declare to own the intellectual property of the material producedand that I have formally required the consent of eventual portrayed third parties. In case of dispute by third parties, the undersigned undertakes to indemnify PSYCODES.R.L.S.
I the undersigned, noted the publishing and the use of images of my property, declare that I do not expect anything against PSYCODE S.R.L.S for any damage to my name or images that might be caused by their prejudicial use at the hands of third parties.
I the undersigned undertake not to transmit and make available illegal material,covered by third parties copyright and by any other protected right, material containing brands and distinctive signals that I am not authorized to have, exonerating PSYCODE S.R.L.S of any responsibility in this regard.
I the undersigned must, at my own expense, compensate, protect and indemnify PSYCODE S.R.L.S, its related and/or affiliated companies from any claim, responsibility, legal proceedings, or any other proceeding of any kind brought by third parties. If one of the conditions of this License appears to be null or ineffective, the eventual nullity or ineffectiveness will not be applied to its remaining provisions.
5. Termination of the License
If the undersigned granted an exclusive License to third parties for consideration, I undertake to communicate it to PSYCODE S.R.L.S promptly and in writing via PEC and/or registered letter A/R. with the aim of obtaining its express written consent. PSYCODE S.R.L.S will reply as soon as possible in order to confirm the termination of this License. Starting from the date of its reply, PSYCODE S.R.L.S. will have 60 days to remove the contents concerning this License. I the undersigned indemnify PSYCODE S.R.L.S from any demand, including any economic demand possibly made by the licensee for consideration.
6. Court of jurisdiction
All the controversies relative to this present License are adjudicated under Italian jurisdiction and the General Court of Rome has jurisdiction.

Per favore, leggi questo testo attentamente. La “licenza per video e fotografie” spiega i termini in base ai quali è possibile utilizzare il modulo di invio di contenuti. Prima di inviare qualsiasi contenuto leggi con attenzione e per intero questa licenza: compilando il modulo di invio confermi di accettare questi termini e accetti di rispettarli. Compilando il modulo di invio di contenuti, concedi
a PSYCODE S.R.L.S. con sede in Rocca di Papa (RM) 00040, Vicolo delle Grotte n.18, P. IVA 12770901002, psycode@pec.it e alle società ad essa collegate e/o affiliate anche ai sensi dell’art. 10 C.C. nonché degli artt. 87, 96 e 97 della legge n. 633/1941 e in generale ai sensi della L.d.A., una Licenza non esclusiva perpetua e a titolo gratuito, concedibile in sub Licenza, esente da qualsiasi royalty.
1. Oggetto della Licenza
La Licenza non esclusiva consente a PSYCODE S.R.L.S e alle società ad essa collegate e/o affiliate di acquisire, utilizzare, pubblicare e diffondere le immagini e i video dalla stessa realizzati, senza limiti di modalità, omnicanale (web, sito, social network, brochure, offline e online), per il presente e futuro, in Italia e all'Estero, con ogni e più ampia facoltà di adattamento, modifica e/o montaggio che si rendano necessarie ed opportune per tutte le attività volte da PSYCODE S.R.L.S. Il materiale video-fotografico sarà utilizzato per finalità commerciali. l diritto di utilizzo delle immagini, fotografie, filmati, registrazioni di cui sopra, è da intendersi a titolo gratuito con espressa rinuncia ad ogni pretesa economica al riguardo. In particolare PSYCODE S.R.L.S. acquista tutti i diritti derivanti e conseguenti sul materiale fotografico e video così realizzato come ad esempio:
- diritto di pubblicazione;
- diritto di riproduzione in qualunque modo o forma;
- diritto di trascrizione, montaggio, adattamento, elaborazione e riduzione;
- diritto di comunicazione e distribuzione al pubblico comprendente i diritti di proiezione, trasmissione e diffusione, anche in versione riassuntiva e/o ridotta, con qualsiasi mezzo tecnico;
- diritto di conservare copia dei materiali, anche in forma elettronica e su qualsiasi supporto tecnologico con il più ampio sfruttamento economico che per legge gli spettano.
A tal fine il/la sottoscritto/a dichiara di essere maggiorenne e/o di essere munito degli occorrendi poteri di firma.
2. Crediti
PSYCODE S.R.L.S a sua discrezione, per qualsiasi contenuto che incorpora i contenuti concessi in Licenza, fornirà dei crediti (on-screen text credit) anche con altri crediti aggiuntivi e i diversi posizionamenti.
3. Durata
La durata della presente Licenza è perpetua salvo il caso di risoluzione anticipata di cui all’art.5
4. Garanzie ed esonero di responsabilità
Il/la sottoscritto/a dichiara di essere titolare della proprietà intellettuale del materiale da lui prodotto e che ha provveduto a richiedere i consensi di eventuali soggetti terzi ritratti. In caso di contestazione da parte di terzi il sottoscritto di impegna a tenere manlevato PSYCODE S.R.L.S.
Il/la sottoscritto/a, preso atto della pubblicazione e utilizzo delle immagini di sua proprietà, dichiara di non avere nulla a che pretendere nei confronti di PSYCODE S.R.L.S per i danni al proprio nome o immagini che possano derivare da un utilizzo pregiudizievole degli stessi ad opera di terzi.
Il/la sottoscritto/a si impegna a non trasmettere e rendere disponibile materiale illecito, coperto da diritti d'autore altrui e ogni altro diritto tutelato, materiale in cui siano inclusi marchi e segnali distintivi di cui non sia autorizzato a disporre, con esonero di PSYCODE S.R.L.S da ogni responsabilità al riguardo.
Il/la sottoscritto/a, deve, a proprie spese, indennizzare, difendere e tenere indenne PSYCODE S.R.L.S, le sue aziende collegate e/o affiliate da qualsiasi rivendicazione, responsabilità, azioni legali, o altri procedimenti di qualsiasi natura o tipo avanzate da terzi. Qualora una delle condizioni della presente Licenza risulti essere nulla o inefficace, l’eventuale nullità o inefficacia non si estenderà alle restanti previsioni della stessa.
5. Risoluzione della Licenza
Nel caso in cui il/la sottoscritto/a dovesse conferire a terzi una Licenza esclusiva a titolo oneroso si impegna a comunicarlo a PSYCODE S.R.L.S tempestivamente e per iscritto via PEC e/o Raccomandata A/R. per ottenere il suo l'espresso consenso scritto. PSYCODE S.R.L.S risponderà nel più breve tempo possibile per confermare la risoluzione della presente Licenza. A partire dalla data della sua risposta, PSYCODE S.R.L.S. avrà 60 giorni di tempo per rimuovere i contenuti oggetto della presente Licenza. Il/la sottoscritto/a manleva e tiene indenne PSYCODE S.R.L.S da qualsiasi richiesta anche di tipo economico eventualmente avanzata da parte del licenziatario a titolo oneroso.
6. Foro competente
Tutte le controversie inerenti la presente Licenza sono demandate alla giurisdizione
